What happens in a musical meditation seems somewhat ethereal and magical, but in reality the frequencies of the instrument tune in with our nervous system, relax and discharge it gradually.
The listener feels the sound with his body more than he hears the music with his ears.

We invite you to a special inner journey through the sound of musical meditation with the sound of the Indian sitar string and spontaneous expressionistic painting with color and charcoal, a relaxation and inner communication workshop with the musical guidance and curation of @Tina Margariti

Art color healing & M u s i c meditation Workshop
In this workshop, our goal is to combine the relaxing effect of musical meditation with the individual expression of the individual through abstract painting.
We create a balance between the external stimulus of sound and the internal need for original expression.
A few words about Abstract Expressionism
Abstract Expressionism, a particularly introspective artistic movement characterized by original improvisation and the use of free form, we could say that it has an important relationship with meditation and musical improvisation.
It is defined as the subconscious-spontaneous expression of the individual, whose feelings are not depicted, but "acted out"
The paper is treated as a field of action, and not as a space where a real or imaginary object is depicted.
In front of us on our white paper we reveal the result of the meeting of our materials that we have at our disposal.
Materials
In this workshop, each participant will need to have with him:
1 sketchbook with pages of at least A3 size (30x40) or larger
1 set of oil paints (up to 12)
2-3 thin charcoals, or pencil charcoals
Wet wipes
